Annelieke Rovers is an interdisciplinary designer / visual artist based in The Netherlands.
Her work encompasses various aspects of art, including glass design, installation art and scenography. Nature, technology and art enter into a dialogue in her work. In which she combines analogue and digital techniques.
She is fascinated by the grandeur and complexity of nature and tries to embrace this beauty in her work, while at the same time emphasizing the role of humans in it. Annelieke investigates the relationship between man and nature and emphasizes the transience of human existence. Her art reflects her philosophical views on the subject and strives to raise awareness about our relationship and place in nature.
